Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save is an optional recurring order service from YUNO, operated by Mogco Ltd. For help, email cameron@yunogummies.com.

Subscribe & Save or Pay Once

Choose Subscribe & Save for recurring deliveries and the subscription price shown when you order. Choose Pay Once for a single purchase without recurring charges. The products, price, delivery frequency and any shipping charge for your subscription are shown at purchase and in your subscription details. The schedule you agree to at checkout controls when repeat orders are processed.

Recurring payments

When you choose a subscription, you authorise recurring payments using your selected payment method at the agreed frequency until you cancel. Each renewal creates another order. Check your subscription account for your next scheduled charge and delivery.

Cancel anytime

There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can cancel future renewals at any time through your subscription account or by emailing us. Use the subscription-management link in your order or subscription emails, or open your subscription account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order whose payment has already been processed. If an order has already been charged, email us promptly so we can check its status and help with any applicable cancellation or return rights.

Timing and account changes

Please cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Changes take effect once saved in your subscription account or confirmed by our support team. If you email close to a renewal time, the charge may process before your request is handled. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Your account also shows any available options for pausing, skipping or changing deliveries.

Returns and problems with an order

Subscription purchases have the same product-quality rights and our 30-day unopened returns policy. See Delivery & Returns. Cancelling a subscription and returning a delivered order are separate actions. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us and we will help arrange an appropriate remedy.

Changes to your subscription

Any proposed changes to your subscription price or terms will be communicated before they apply, together with the opportunity to cancel future renewals. Existing orders remain subject to the terms that applied when they were placed.
